I’m Asia (pronounced Aa-see-ya), nutritionist & a health coach, and my passion is to support individuals transition to a healthier lifestyle in an empowering way.

I have a BSc in Nutrition and subsequently trained as a health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

My vision is to instill in people a lifelong dedication towards improving and maintaining wellbeing through multiple dimensions.

Having lived in the US, UK and India, I have broad experiences working with clients from diverse backgrounds. By working with me, you will become equipped with the knowledge and tools to achieve your goals, and become confident at listening to your body and its needs. I help my clients to find the perfect balance for healthy living and dealing with life’s challenges.

I had some of these issues as well and I understand how you feel.

I used to go to the gym regularly but often found myself lost in the world of the television in front while doing my cardio on the elliptical. Without any focus I was like a zombie, doing the movement but not feeling it. I used to just do the basics and come home with no sign of change in my performance.

I used to look at various diets, take notes, and think ‘I will try this’ but everything just felt hard and restrictive.

However, everything changed when I stopped looking for quick fixes and focused on listening to my body. Doing my training with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition(IIN) really helped me get there. It not only helped me with understanding how nutrition affects our bodies, but how other aspects such as self-care, positive thinking, and relationships also affect our overall well being. I now focus on taking care of my health and nourishing my body, and my main goal is to help others achieve this as well.

I don’t focus on calorie counting or restrictive diets but instead I give attention to eating wholesome nutritious foods, moving my body because it feels good, and surrounding myself with positivity.

Life is so amazing and it is our sole responsibility to take care of our bodies so we can live to the fullest.
