I’m Asia (pronounced Aasiya), a health coach, and my passion is to support health-conscious individuals transition to a healthier lifestyle in an exciting way. I have a BSc in Nutrition and subsequently trained as a health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
My vision is to instill in people a lifelong dedication towards improving and maintaining wellbeing through multiple dimensions. Having lived in the US, UK and India, I have broad experiences working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
