I follow a holistic approach to health and wellness,which means taking a look at how all areas of your life are connected. I don’t focus on counting calories or following restrictive diets, instead I apply the concept of Bio-individuality – that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success! It’s not just the foods we eat, but also other factors present in our daily lives that affect our well-being. Healthy relationships, fulfilling life/career, physical activity, and spiritual awareness are also essential forms of nourishment and I will work with you to achieve the balance you desire in these areas.
